Lance is a Founder and Owner of iPlumbKC and has been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years. He and his wife started iPlumbKC in 2017 with a single van and a big dream, building the business from the ground up.

Lance values collaboration, integrity, and chasing big dreams, and he’s passionate about creating a company where people can grow and do meaningful work together. Outside of work, Lance enjoys spending time with his family and serving in his local church.

Mandi is the Owner of iPlumbKC and plays a key role in the company’s Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) designation. As part of the leadership team, she helps ensure the business reflects strong values and long-term vision.

Mandi creates stability and consistency within iPlumbKC’s family-owned operation, helping build a solid foundation that supports both the team and the customers they serve. Outside of work, Mandi enjoys spending time with her family and serving in her local church.

Ben is the Vice President at iPlumbKC and brings extensive experience leading and scaling large organizations. His background is rooted in investing in people and building strong systems that support long-term growth.

At iPlumbKC, Ben oversees business development, develops strategic partnerships, and helps create the systems that allow the company to grow with intention and clarity. Outside of work, Ben enjoys working on classic cars, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Amber is the Director of Marketing and Communications at iPlumbKC, where she leads brand strategy, marketing efforts, and company communications. She focuses on creating clear, consistent messaging and systems that support both the team and the company’s continued growth.

What Amber values most about iPlumbKC is the strong team culture and shared commitment to doing things well. Outside of work, she’s a proud girl mom who loves spending time with her family and traveling to new places.

Mark is a Manager at iPlumbKC and has been plumbing since 2013, with a lifelong background in construction. He plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and brings a steady, hands-on approach to leadership.

Mark believes in honest work, practical solutions, and doing things the right way, values that guide both his work and how he supports the team. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.

Gracie serves as the office assistant at iPlumbKC, where she helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing front-desk responsibilities and staying organized. While she’s newer to the plumbing industry, she’s eager to learn, grow her skill set, and continue developing in a professional environment.

What Gracie appreciates most about iPlumbKC is the positive, supportive culture. She enjoys being part of a team where everyone shows up ready to help and encourages one another’s growth. Outside of work, Gracie loves spending time with her family, shopping, and is currently in school working toward becoming an EMT.

Chris is the Field Operations Manager at iPlumbKC and has been with the company since 2023. He is a Licensed Master Plumber with over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He enjoys working closely with leadership and field teams to ensure projects run efficiently and smoothly each day.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys long walks on the beach, romantic comedies, spending time with his family — especially his wife, Jenni — along with hunting, fishing and loving every day!

Jenni is the Office Manager at iPlumbKC, bringing more than 20 years of experience in production, quality, manufacturing, and operations management across both commercial and government sectors. She values the collaborative team environment at iPlumbKC and enjoys working alongside people who are committed to shared goals and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Jenni loves spending time with her husband, Chris, their three grown sons, and four grandchildren. Family time, travel, and making meaningful memories are what she enjoys most.
